Rook Radcliffe Partners constructs a diversified portfolio of funded claims across its three mandate areas: securities and competition, commercial litigation, and insolvency and asset recovery. No single case represents a disproportionate share of committed capital, and the fund's investment committee applies consistent underwriting criteria across every matter regardless of size or origin.

Every case is assessed on legal merits and the practical enforceability of any recovery. Cases that do not meet all the criteria are declined. That selectivity is central to the fund's long-term performance record.

Every submission is reviewed by our in-house legal team before any capital commitment is made. Formal due diligence involves external counsel and, where relevant, specialist forensic or quantum expertise. The final funding decision rests with the investment committee.
